I met with my primary when I was sick with tonsilitis about 2 months ago. I had showed an interest in a flyer in the patient room about a pill that curbs appetite.
-Is this safe?
-I am a 20 year old female, no major health concerns
-Currently 5′3″, about 160 lbs. Wouldn’t hurt to loose a few, or a lot of pounds.
I love food. That’s my problem. Do you guys think this is…safe/effective..? Thanks!
Answer: Depends on your health & what it is, But if it were me, at 5′3″ and 160#, this is something you can do yourself with a little discipline! Probably wouldn’t even have to make major changes to do it on your own.
Answer: Any pill for weight loss won’t work. If there was a magic pill, EVERYONE would be taking it. I love food, too, and eat a lot of it, that’s for sure. I just try to eat healthy foods so I can eat more.
My advice to you is to read the book 80/10/10. It’s a controversial book, but it has helped me with all of my food and weight concerns.
