I’m a 26 year old woman, and for the past week I’ve been suffering from nausea, some constipation and generally just feel worn out. I shouldn’t be pregnant as I just started my period this morning and the test I took yesterday came out negative.
My nausea comes about 10am and lasts until approximately 7pm. It gets worse after I eat. I’ve been trying to drink more water, eat fibre rich
foods, but nothing seems to help. Any clues as to what this could be? I can’t get in to see my doctor for another week.
Answer: Ask your doc to run an MRI to look for an ulcer. FYI, fiber-rich foods can irritate an ulcer. As can coffee and other caffeinated beverages, and dairy products.
Answer: Food allergy? Just a suggestion: write down each thing you eat and drink and the ingredients. Try to find a pattern. Try the Specific Carbohydrate diet for relief of symptoms.
Answer: See your gynecologist, It’s probably o.k., but I experienced similar symptoms prior to being diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
