That DOESN’T help the patients, but instead keeps them coming back? I used to go to a Chiropractor years ago that gave me a full adjustment from head to toe, yes I would be a little sore for a couple hours afterward, but then everything would be fine.
Today, it’s more like: You can compare it to going to the ER, after a bad car wreck, where you ended up with 2 broken legs and a broken arm. When you arrive in the ER they take care of one of your legs, and send you home, have you come back the next day, and set your arm, send you home again. THEN on the 3rd day they finally set your second broken leg. ONLY DOING THIS SO THEY CAN GET 3 ER VISITS, and CHARGE OUT THE ASS FOR IT….
I’m so sore now, because they didn’t really treat me, only doing these MICRO adjustments, so you have to come back, and they try to make you visit them 3 times a week, for 2, 3, or more weeks of this at $50 or more each time.
WHAT GIVES??
Answer: I get treated by a chiropractor who practices Structural Biomechanics at The Center for Sports Biomechanics. I agree initially there were 3 visits per week which can be time consuming but gentle and effective. It’s not like the old twist and pull you apart at the spinal column. This is a wonderful gift that I’ve done for myself. With each visit I practice balance/coordination on a computer program similar to WII and have traction. Traction is gentle body massage machine. I love how my body feels now. It is quite incrediable. There should be some soreness after adjustments and definately in the beginning of treatment. Muscles are being retrained to work properly.
