You probably know before you go to the doctor’s office. Symptoms include itching, burning, pain, spotting blood, and if external, extruding lumps or bumps.

And how do you cure hemorhoids? Treatment and prevention are the key. Prevent them by not straining for BMs. Easier said than done. Use stool softeners and get plenty of fiber in your diet.

Treat them with hemorrhoid creams like Anusol or Prep-H. Plenty to chose from. Also, sitting in a warm bath relieves the discomfort.
And my favorite is Tucks wipes. Actually, I’m really cheap so I saturate a paper towel with Witch Hazel solution and sleep with it placed agains the rhoids. It helps a lot.

If these tips don’t help enough, time to see the doctor. Hemorhoids can be easily banded or excised these days.
