How to Sexually Active “re-energize” after Menopause
How does a woman “re-energize” her ability to become sexually active again after menopause? It’s been about 5 years since, and I have the opportunity to become active again, and would like to do so. Is there hormone replacement therapy one would take, tests for such, and what kind of Dr. to see for all of the above?
I’ve not had much in the way of libido since manopause, and I know I need some help with dryness, etc….but I’m recently inspired to get back into the ’swing of things’ so to speak.
Many years ago at age (35) I had cervical cancer and surgery. I know my hormone levels must be really low. I’m now 62 yrs old, and never thought I would want to be ‘active’ again, but never say never!
What kind of Dr do I see? How real is the cancer danger? I’m clueless, actually.
Thanks.
Answer
Go see Gynecologist. He/she will help you to find out what is up with your hormones and what is best for a solution for you…and BTW don’t forget to use condoms! You’re never to old for and STD or AIDS! Best of luck to you and have fun!!
