I am looking for directions on how to use vinegar as a rinse to remove build-up from my hair. I have a couple of questions….
I always see directions saying to use after shampooing, but then do you use conditioner after? Do you use white or apple cider? Do you dilute? If so, what proportion?
How often should I be doing this? I have red curly/frizzy hair that is very dry. I use spray gel every day to keep the curls nice without frizzing. I have no chemical treatments in my hair.
Thanks!
Answer
What do you need:
2 cups water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Instruction:
1. Mix together the water and vinegar in a jar or large plastic cup.
2. While in the shower, pour this rinse through your hair.
3. Rinse well.
For an easy application, put the mixture into a spray bottle and spray the liquid throughout your hair.
