What can you drink to help pass a kindey stone

Kidney stones are the worst. Here’s the deal. You can’t humanly drink enough cranberry juice to pass a stone. But you can buy cranberry juice in pill form at your local natural food store.

But be careful!!!! There are 4 types of kidney stones, and one of them actually grows larger with cranberry juice, so if you have been drinking lots of it and it doesn’t seem to be helping, then try a different direction.

You can also get marshmallow root at the health food store and that will help coat your insides and make it a bit eaiser to pass.

Best thing is tons of water and heavy duty pain killers. You should also get a CAT scan. If the stone is bigger than 8mm is is considered impassible and will need to be blasted or pulled out. While you schedule that, tell your doctor that you want percocet. Tylonal 3 won’t cut it.

I’ve passed 4 of those suckers, so I feel your pain.

Try a combination of eastern and western medicine. Talk to your doc and to a local health store. You may also want to speak to a Chinese herbalist. Supposedly they have some things that help as well.
