Looking for the best spine and back doctor

I have been dealing with chronic back pain for several years now and even though I had very good health insurance I never got any real answers. It seemed that each doctor would say something different or just pass me along to the next one.

I am suffering everyday and can’t imagine going on like this. Not looking for pain meds or anyway to mask the pain…looking to get whatever it is fixed.

I currently don’t have health insurance but can pay for a few visits in cash. Can get Cobra reinstated but will only do so if I think I can actually get relief from a doctor, I have spent upwards of 25k out of my own pocket over the years and have always just wanted to get fixed.

Anyone have a contact out there that works miracles? Or that really listens to patients and understands that they are actually in very bad pain? Thank you.

You need a really good physical therapist or chiropractor. Someone who can do a good musculo-skeletal workup and diagnose the problem, and who is willing to say when they can or cannot help. A good chiro or PT should be able to refer you to a top notch orthopedist/spine specialist.

Beware that many PTs & chiros can’t do a decent physical workup.
