I’m almost 25, and I take good care of my teeth. However, over the last 6 months, sometimes after a meal with involves a lot of chewing (steak) or eating hard foods, my teeth will be pretty sore for the rest of the day/night.
Is this normal? An age thing? Or something unrelated? I’ve been to the dentist and asked and they weren’t sure. Thanks

Mineral deficiency – low vitamin D – need blood work lab test. How is you calcium phosphorus ratio ?
Your teeth reflect your health . Have you had full mouth xrays ? Are your bone levels normal ?
You need to see holistic dentist . You have abnormal symptoms . Its either your teeth/perio bone or systemic your body. you better do something its a warning sign. You can wind up with degenerative disease or lose some teeth in future. act now build your health up. I would get some knox gelatin. Its good for the bone in your teeth as well as ladies fingernail use. take packet 3 times a week for several months. Also add glucosamine. This combination knox gelatin & glucosamine strengthens the teeth. An md told me this. I never heard of it either but he was a real md and swears by it.
You’ll be glad for this tip I gave you. Get well partner!!
