I know this seems last ditch, but my name is Nick and I’m currently 25. I have been on dialysis for three years now and have been waiting just about as long on the UNOS organ transplant waiting list. I too have been on dialysis for almost 3 years. Waiting as most of us for that call, “we believe we have a match for you”. In the mean time we go 3 times a week to continue our lives.
