Tightness around my cheeks/head, Tooth Infection?
I have had tightness around my cheeks/head which has now spread to my neck. I don’t have any sharp tooth pain (thankfully) but the sensation is now that of slight dizziness.
I also have biological allergies (I used to get shots) that trigger these sort of ailments during the summer. So a question for those in the know. (a) is this allergy related? (b) tooth related? Eg, wisdom tooth. Or (b) an infection?
Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks/

It sounds unlikely that this is dental. However, I have to point out that while if it were an infection of dental origin you’d probably have significant pain, I have to point out that if you think remotely that you may have a dental infection, extension into the neck is a medical emergency. If you have any elevation of the floor of the mouth, pain or swelling of the tongue or any difficulty breathing, run–don’t walk–to the emergency room.
