Does Anyone Here Use A C-Pap Machine? When my allergies act up I am not able to sleep even with the C-Pap machine because of clogged sinus’s. If you have the same problem how do you deal with it?

What I do for allergies with cpap machine?
Use a room temperature mixture of one cup of distilled water a teaspoon of sea salt and a teaspoon of baking soda. Get one of those baby nose aspirator things and use it to pull up the mixture. Point the aspiratortoward the 10 o’clock position in each nostril and let the mixture slowly go into your sinuses and run back out. Blow your nose. This loosens everything that is plugging you up. Turn your humidifier down on your cpap and use clove oil and carmex on the inside edge of your nose to keep it clear.
