I’m a male in my 30’s. Don’t know why, I’ve been always seeing male doctors in my life. I’d like to switch to a female doctor for the fact I like women more than men. And I don’t mind if I end up with a gorgeous young doctor. Say if I need a doctor to exam me, I’d prefer a female doctor to do it. Say I have to tell my doctor how often I have sex or if I have many sex partners, I prefer to tell to a female doctor.

It’s not any problem for me. But I wonder if it’ll be any problem for a female doctor. Are there times when a male doctor would take care of me more than a female doctor would? Thanks.

Your doctor doesn’t care who you have sex with or how many crazy ways you do it. Whether male or female, they ask these questions to figure out if you have or are at risk for having some festering disease. Uh…THAT’s not attractive.

Female docs don’t care if they see male patients, if they’re in primary care they’ll see both males and females. They’ll have no interest in you beyond the professional, and if you try to make a move it that direction, they’ll just discharge your lame self from their practice.

Get over yourself.
